Common issues

Scan didn't recognize my item. Try a clear, well-lit photo of the front of the box. If the barcode scan returned the wrong item, family scanners can flag it from the UPC Test tile.

CloudKit sync isn't working. Make sure iCloud is signed in and iCloud Drive is enabled in iOS Settings. Klepto syncs to your private iCloud database — your collection lives on your account, not ours.
